Volunteer at local schools
Volunteer at local schools and coach cricket or basketball while experiencing a new culture. Also, teach English at local schools.
Life Coaching
Life coaching sessions to discuss personal growth are part of this program. We talk about stuff like future vision, confidence, personal branding and emotional control.
A Mini-gap Year
Students will work in small factories, do woodwork, learn about clay-pot making, work in a motor repair shop, and cook in a hotel kitchen.
Cultural Experiences
Get to know families from the Bhaktapur community. Go on short hikes at the foothills of the Himalayas and take part in a river-rafting trip at the end of the week.

Combining volunteer work with group coaching we help young people find their inner strengths, dreams and vision. This journey also qualifies as a Community Service Residential Project for the Gold Level of the President’s Award
The group will stay in hotels and with Nepalese families to experience the culture firsthand. There will be constant supervision by the Streetschool team and we will be traveling with participants at all times.
Group life coaching sessions will be scheduled before and during the trip. This will ensure everyone knows what to expect from the trip and identify their own development areas. This experience will also help prepare students for life after school and how to design their own gap-year.
