His philosophy offers a roadmap for finding meaning and purpose in tough times.

As humans we are still foraging, but instead of turning over rocks in search of insects and nuts, we are searching to understand it all. Our deepest motivating force is to make a difference, to experience meaning and live with purpose. We want to be of service and add value to the people around us. To feel needed and appreciated makes life feel worthwhile.
The Foundational mindfulness leadership introduces participants to the basic concepts of Logotherapy of how to discover more meaning at work and mindfulness, the mental predisposition in order to do so..
We are the only organisation that combines meaning and mindfulness in his way. Mindfulness is the mental capability to focus and pay attention to what is happing the moment. It is the development of internal emotional stability and control over your own mind. It helps you to stay focused, remain calm and develop deeper insights into what is happening around you.
This is the new frontier of human development. It is not about getting someplace else, but rather about being fully aware of where you already are. It is about taking control of your own mind and using it for the full benefit of the world around you. To become aware of our existential realities and what is truly meaningful.
